Application Requirements
1. Official copy of high school transcript, including current GPA. College transcript if applicant is in college.
2. One letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor.
3. Essay: How your Hispanic heritage has influenced your school and/or college life and your life in general. (Maximum of 500, typed, double-spaced, Times Roman 12 font.)
4. Statement of educational purpose: What is your field of study and future plans. (200 words maximum, typed, double-spaced, Times Roman 12 font.)
5. Copy of résumé listing activities, jobs, responsibilities, and awards from 9th to 12th grade or after.
